I don't get my order when I expected to receive it?
Most USA and Outside USA orders are received within 3-28 business days from the time they ship. There can be exceptions due to unexpected weather conditions or other unforeseen events. We ask that you allow up to a total of 10 days for delivery from the time you receive your shipping confirmation.

What is your return policy?At AutoGoody our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to AutoGoody within 30 days of receiving the item(s), at which time we'll gladly exchange it. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will exclude shipping/handling charges. Shipping & handling fee is non-refundable. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all accessories and packaging.
Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid.

Claims issued on damaged or lost orders can take the carrier 7-10 days to process. Once a claim has been initiated and processed, a replacement will be sent. We cannot accept cancellations on merchandise after it arrives damaged or is lost, but we will make every effort to correct this situation.
