Order Information

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your AutoGoody account, under Order Status.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

To make a change to your order, send us an email at sales@autogoody.com or contact us here.

 

Shopping at AutoGoody.com

 

What are the shipping options and cost? 

All shipping services used by AutoGoody.com provide a tracking number. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested. 

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) M-Th and 11am EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and PayPal.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.

 

Exchanges and Returns

 

What is your return policy? 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.

All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply send us an email at sales@autogoody.com or contact us here to request a return within 14 days of the order's delivery date. 

Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original package. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of AutoGoody. 

Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the AutoGoody warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

 

Can I make an exchange? 

We exchange any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Simply send us an email at sales@autogoody.com or contact us here to request an exchange within 14 days of the order's delivery date. 

 

Gift Certificates

 

Purchasing

To purchase an Gift Certificate, click here. Gift Certificates are available in denominations from $5 - $500.

We will deliver the Gift Certificate to the recipient via email on the date you have selected upon payment approval. You will also receive a confirmation email from us when your Gift Certificate has been sent to the recipient. Gift Certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. All sales of Gift Certificates are final and will not be refunded.


Redeeming

Gift Certificates purchased online may be redeemed at AutoGoody.com. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law. To redeem your Gift Certificates, enter the code in the 'Gift Certificates' field during checkout.

Expiration

E-Gift Certificates purchased online at AutoGoody.com do not have an expiration date.
